The Austin Baseball Club is committed to a balanced approach to baseball training and development. ABC balances "game day" opportunities and showcase opportunities with skills training and weekly development workshops. ABC ball players participate in the Varsity-Prep development program - six different weekly developmental workshops - hosted by professionals at the Baseball Solutions indoor facilities (north & south) and practice fields.

The Austin Baseball Club is a charter member of Perfect Game, USA and PGTEXAS. ABC varsity teams (18U) participate in the CenTex collegiate series providing game day exposure on over 12 central Texas collegiate venues as well as Perfect Game / World Wood Bat national championships in the fall and summer. ABC non-varsity teams (16U) participate in the CenTex Varsity-prep series with games schedule in Austin, San Antonio, Waco and Killeen. The ABC game schedule protocol allows families to commute on game days to avoid unnecessary expenses related to overnight travel.
Each of the ABC teams have designated field workout sessions carefully planned to provide a maximum number of repetitions (fly balls & groundballs) as well as team fundamentals. ABC is confident that our balanced approach to developing, showcasing, and marketing a ball players skills is a key ingredient to the success of each player and family that chooses to wear an ABC jersey. ABC is committed to helping each ball player develop into an impact varsity player and potential collegiate student athlete. "Those that have come before you" have paved and are paving the way for you to gain maximum exposure and enjoy the heightened level of interest in ABC athletes. ABC alumnus are leaving finger prints on the collegiate and professional baseball landscape. NCAA compliance restrictions do not allow us to list the 100+ ball players by name who have gone on to play at the collegiate level. We would prefer to re-direct the focus back to how we can help your ball player reach his goal and dream of playing at the next level. We urge ABC families to avoid "living in the past", as we do the same. Past success might draw attention, but we are accountable to challenge your ball player to be the best he can be.
